As part of EDC's Digital Platform Delivery & Architecture (DPDA) group, the Financing & Investments team delivers and supports technology solutions that enable EDC's financing and investment objectives. The team works across critical business domains, including financial systems, investment reporting, and corporate accounting, ensuring platforms are secure, effective, and aligned with evolving business needs.
The Senior Business Analyst serves as the primary link between business stakeholders and technical teams, collaborating with internal partners, vendors, and cross-functional delivery teams to translate business needs into clear requirements and actionable solutions. Working in an Agile environment, the incumbent is responsible for eliciting, analyzing, validating, and communicating requirements while supporting product refinement and successful solution delivery.
As a senior member of the team, the incumbent independently assesses business processes, identifies opportunities for improvement, and leverages appropriate business analysis tools, techniques, and models to drive operational efficiency and reporting accuracy. The role requires strong analytical, communication, relationship management, and digital capabilities, as well as the ability to adapt quickly to change, learn new technologies, and contribute to the ongoing maturity of the team's Agile practices. Through close collaboration with product owners, developers, testers, and business stakeholders, the Senior Business Analyst helps deliver high-impact solutions that support EDC's financing and investment mandate.
