Qualifications

• 10+ years of business analysis experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation across organizational levels.
• Proven ability to conduct gap, risk, and feasibility assessments.
• Experience developing business cases and defining measurable outcomes.
• Native or bilingual English proficiency.
• No field work required.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain trusted relationships with business stakeholders across the organization.
• Facilitate workshops to surface needs and translate them into defined requirements, success criteria, and KPIs.
• Analyze current-state processes, assess gaps and feasibility, and document future-state designs.
• Develop business cases and value realization frameworks to support strategic planning and initiative prioritization.
• Collaborate with technical teams to translate requirements into user stories and specs.
• Validate proposals against expectations and support UAT.
• Track requirements through the project lifecycle and support change management and training.
• Lead post-implementation reviews and benefits realization assessments.
