Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Enrolled in EIT or P.Eng (asset).
• Valid driver's license with ability to travel 50-70%.

Responsibilities

• Conducts asset condition assessments and completes reports using asset management software.
• Provides recommendations for repair or replacement of building components.
• Leads scheduling and coordinates site activities.

Skills

Knowledge of building condition assessment processes

Strong written communication skills

Proficient with MS Excel

Detail-oriented

Ability to work independently

Education

University degree in architectural, civil, mechanical, electrical engineering, building science or building engineering
