Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in brand design or hands-on creative roles.
• Portfolio showing work you personally made, not only campaigns you directed.
• Strong creative taste across brand, campaigns, typography, layout and digital experiences.
• Comfortable moving quickly and shipping without a large production team.

Responsibilities

• Design paid and organic social creative and key visuals.
• Design static and motion assets and edit short-form video.
• Write headlines, hooks, scripts and supporting copy.
• Build AI-enabled workflows to speed production.
• Develop campaigns and launches across paid, organic, partnerships and web.
• Iterate and test creative to improve performance.
