About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Brand Designer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for championing and evolving our brand guidelines, creating engaging digital and social content, and contributing to our website design and development in Webflow. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Sales, to maintain and elevate our visual identity across all customer touchpoints. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, a strategic thinker, and a self-directed creative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Motion & Video Content: Create motion design content for social media and marketing campaigns, including product demos and promotional videos.
  • Brand & Visual Identity: Champion and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring consistency and quality across all channels while elevating our visual language as the company grows.
  • Digital & Social Content: Design engaging social media graphics, animations, and short‑form videos optimized for platform performance and audience engagement.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to translate product features into compelling visual stories and ensure every customer touchpoint reflects the quality of our platform. Collateral, one‑pagers, and e‑books.
  • Web & Digital Experience: Own ongoing website improvements in Webflow, from landing pages to micro‑interactions, maintaining design quality and site performance.
  • Events & Exhibition Design: Design compelling exhibition graphics, booth displays, and event collateral that create impactful physical brand experiences.

You may not have all the skills right now, but we’ll help you develop them along the way.

Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of experience in visual design, brand design, or creative role (agency or in‑house)
  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital design, social content, web design, and brand systems
  • Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
  • Motion design, video editing, and post‑production capabilities for social media content
  • Deep understanding of brand identity systems, responsive design principles, and design fundamentals (typography, layout, composition)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently while maintaining quality and making confident design decisions
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills for articulating design rationale to stakeholders
Nice to Have:
  • Experience designing and building in Webflow, with basic HTML/CSS knowledge
  • Familiarity with design systems, component libraries, animation principles, and micro‑interactions
  • Understanding of design for print and large‑format graphics
  • Interest or experience in the legal industry, B2B SaaS, or fast‑paced startup environments
