Job description

Senior Bilingual Business Analyst to assist in the transformation of business applications and the upgrade of the technical infrastructure in the public sector.

Our public sector client requires a Senior Reliability cleared Bilingual Business Analyst to identify and document the high-level and detailed “as-is” and “to-be” business services models to assist in the transformation of critical business applications. The resource willhelp complement the client's existing in-house knowledge and experience as required to help support the successful planning and delivery of the projects that will help modernize and optimize the client's service delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and document the approach to be used in defining, optimizing and standardizing business services and processes;
  • Analyze the functional requirements to identify information, procedures and decision flows;
  • Define and document interfaces of manual to automated operations within, application subsystems, to external systems and between new and existing system

Must have:

  • A university degree in a business or technology discipline
  • GOC experience (4+ projects)
  • Experience defining, assessing and developing mitigation plans for IT transformation initiatives
  • Experience providing advisory services for IT transformation initiatives
