Job summary

Top Prospect Group LLC in Mississauga, ON or Boisbriand, QC seeks a Business Analyst to maximize operational efficiency by turning data into actionable insights across marketing, sales, service, and finance.

You will design BI solutions using Excel, Power BI, SQL, and SSIS, contribute to ERP transition from MS Dynamics GP to SAP S4/HANA, and support multi-department reporting with strong communication.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years B2B experience including commercial-operations, inside-sales or process-engineering.
• Proficient in Power BI, SQL, SSIS and Access; ERP systems experience essential (SAP, Dynamics GP).
• Excellent written and verbal communication for reporting and proposals.
• Strong data collection, analysis and dashboard development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Collect and aggregate data from ERP, CRM, HR, Kanban and external sources.
• Design and maintain BI tools, dashboards and related databases (Excel, Power BI, SQL, SSIS, Access).
• Generate standard reports and dashboards for executives and stakeholders.
• Automate KPI collection and support data-driven decision making across departments.
• Support ERP transition planning and data mapping for SAP S/4HANA implementation.
