Job summary

Procom seeks a Senior BI Developer/Data Analyst for a 6-month contract, hybrid with 1 day in our client’s Toronto office. The role focuses on supporting the MPL Strategic project, updating and developing Power BI reports and dashboards, and refining data sources for the central RDAL reporting platform.

The candidate will write complex SQL, build DAX calculations and Power Query transformations, and collaborate with technology partners to ensure accurate, timely reporting across multiple sources.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of hands-on BI development experience.
• Advanced Power BI development, including interactive dashboards and reports.
• Advanced SQL for complex querying, data extraction, transformation, validation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop complex static and paginated reports using Power BI Report Builder.
• Develop interactive Power BI dashboards using advanced Power BI functionality.
• Implement cascading report parameters mapped to source SQL queries.
• Use advanced SQL for data extraction, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and reporting support.
• Develop advanced DAX calculations and Power Query transformations.
• Collaborate with technology partners to integrate information from multiple sources into the central reporting platform, RDAL.
