A leading fleet management company in Mississauga is looking for a Senior Benefits Specialist to manage and enhance benefits, leave, and retirement programs, ensuring compliance with regulations. This role involves collaborating with global teams and optimizing processes to support employee well-being across North America. The ideal candidate has 5-8 years of experience in benefits management and knowledge of U.S. and Canadian employee benefits.

We’re looking for a collaborative and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Senior Benefits Specialist. In this role, you will play a critical part in administering and enhancing Element’s benefits, leave, and retirement programs, while ensuring compliance with Canadian and U.S. regulations. This is an exciting opportunity to partner with global teams, optimize processes, and directly impact the well-being of employees across North America and beyond.
Mississauga. Our Mississauga office will move to 1 Adelaide in Toronto in September 2026.
The hiring base salary range for this position is $76,300 - $104,900 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
