About the Client

Our client is a pre-Series A B2B SaaS startup with an AI-powered document redaction solution that provides an unparalleled level of security for key sensitive data.

Catching on like wildfire with the Govt / Federal, Legal and Healthcare sectors across North America, they've scaled rapidly from sub-$1M to $3M+ ARR in the last couple of years.

The Opportunity

This will be the first-ever Head of Sales to join the team.

The biggest fire burning today is how to handle a large volume of inbound leads, along with building an Account Management & Expansion team and playbook that can grow existing accounts.

Ultimately, you will have full ownership of the AE, AM and CSM functions, and will be the Founding Sales hire under the CEO.

Skills / Requirement Needed to Succeed
  • You have built the AM, Inbound / Inside Sales, and / or CSM function for an early-stage B2B SaaS startup, ideally one that has scaled within the $1M - to - $10M ARR range.
  • You're accustomed to dealing with a large volume of inbound leads, and have exceeded expectations with regards to converting them.
  • You are used to operating in a Player-Coach capacity and not afraid to be hands‑on.
  • Extra bonus points if you have experience selling an AI native SaaS solution to Enterprise accounts.
  • This role is fully remote, anywhere in the USA, and you're able to travel to NYC once every couple of months.
