A growing tech startup in Ontario, Canada, is seeking its first Head of Sales. The role involves owning the AE, AM, and CSM functions and handling a large volume of inbound leads. Ideal candidates will have a background in building sales teams for B2B SaaS startups and experience converting leads. This position offers remote work flexibility with occasional travel to NYC.

Catching on like wildfire with the Govt / Federal, Legal and Healthcare sectors across North America, they've scaled rapidly from sub-$1M to $3M+ ARR in the last couple of years.
This will be the first-ever Head of Sales to join the team.
The biggest fire burning today is how to handle a large volume of inbound leads, along with building an Account Management & Expansion team and playbook that can grow existing accounts.
Ultimately, you will have full ownership of the AE, AM and CSM functions, and will be the Founding Sales hire under the CEO.
