Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software development experience focused on backend systems.
• Proficient in C#, Python, or C++ for backend services.
• Experience designing RESTful APIs and distributed, microservices architectures.
• Strong SQL and NoSQL database knowledge and cloud platform experience (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Experience with CI/CD, testing frameworks, and version control.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services, APIs, and microservices.
• Build high-performance systems to process large volumes of data from manufacturing and analytics.
• Design data structures and algorithms for performance and distributed execution.
• Collaborate with product, solutions engineering, and software teams to translate requirements into solutions.
• Develop secure, reliable, and maintainable software following best practices.
• Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability; participate in architecture reviews and code reviews.
• Troubleshoot production issues and drive root-cause analysis and long-term fixes.
• Mentor junior developers and improve engineering standards and processes.
• Support DevOps initiatives including CI/CD, automated testing, monitoring, and cloud deployment.
