Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in MRO/AMO operations, heavy modifications, and structural work.
• Controlled goods certification is a plus.
• Experience with helicopters, C130, 737 (Classics or NG) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support maintenance plans.
• Mentor apprentices.
• Inspect, repair, and maintain aircraft structures.
• Collaborate with leads and managers on repair strategies.
