  • Automation & Integrations: Advanced knowledge of native Jira Automation, Jira REST API, webhooks, JSON payloads, and integration troubleshooting.
  • CRM Administration: Hands-on experience administering Pipedrive or similar CRM platforms, including pipeline configuration, custom fields, user permissions, workflow automation, integrations, and troubleshooting.

  • Stakeholder Management: Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations, provide timely updates, and proactively communicate risks, blockers, and changes to agreed timelines.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to consistently deliver accurate, well-tested configurations while considering dependencies and potential impacts on existing workflows.
  • Languages: Professional working proficiency in English.
