A leading delivery service seeks a Strategy & Operations Sr. Associate to drive fraud reduction strategies. The Fraud team is looking for a Strategy & Operations Sr. Associate based in Canada to reduce the cost of fraud and build solutions to protect our platform from would-be fraudsters. You’ll specifically be focused on creating our strategy and executing against ambitious goals around reducing Dasher fraud across our restaurant and new business vertical business in Canada, Australia, and New Zealand and become the point person for understanding dasher behavior that suggests fraud in these countries. You'll investigate cases of fraud and brainstorm solutions to reduce fraud in the long‑term. Most importantly, you'll help promote the delicate balance between providing our users the best experience possible while keeping bad actors at bay.

Actual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. Base salary is localized according to employee work location.

The base pay for this position ranges from our lowest geographical market up to our highest geographical market within British Columbia.
