A leading logistics company is seeking a Strategy & Operations Sr. Associate in Toronto. This role involves defining international strategies to combat fraud while using data analytics to improve customer experiences. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant experience. Compensation ranges from $93,000 to $116,000 CAD with a comprehensive benefits package.
The Fraud team is looking for a Strategy & Operations Sr. Associate based in Canada to reduce the cost of fraud and build solutions to protect our platform from would-be fraudsters. You7ll specifically be focused on creating our strategy and executing against ambitious goals around reducing Dasher fraud across our restaurant and new business vertical business in Canada, Australia, and New Zealand and become the point person for understanding dasher behavior that suggests fraud in these countries. You7ll investigate cases of fraud and brainstorm solutions to reduce fraud in the long-term. Most importantly, you7ll help promote the delicate balance between providing our users the best experience possible while keeping bad actors at bay.

Actual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. Base salary is localized according to employee work location.

The base pay for this position ranges from our lowest geographical market up to our highest geographical market within British Columbia.
