An established healthcare organization in Nova Scotia is seeking a Senior / Associate to provide secretarial and administrative support to the Office of Research. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in any discipline, 1 - 3 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Strong attention to detail and good communication skills in English are essential for this role.
The Senior / Associate provides secretarial and administrative support to the Office of Research (OoR) to ensure effective and efficient operations of the office in areas such as scheduling, planning and coordinating meetings and events. You work under the supervision to ensure sufficient administrative support to the Director of OoR and senior OoR team members.
