Senior Associate, Merchant Strategy & Operations

About the Role

• Own measurable business outcomes (OKRs) by spearheading initiatives that drive spend and incremental value for Merchant / Advertiser audience
• Work with product management, data science, and sales to develop new promotion consumer experiences.
• Enable strategic decision making with insightful data
• Track and measure pricing KPIs, develop reporting to enable decision making on advertiser and marketplace performance
• Become a trusted business partner to our Engineering and Product Management teams. You will be leaned on as an active advisor
• Bring product offerings to market both internally (for our account teams) and externally (for our merchants)

• You have a completed BA/BS degree in a quantitative field (engineering, mathematics, business, etc.)
• You display strong financial acumen. You know your way around complex financial or operational models.
• You are a collaborator. You have experience with stakeholder management across diverse audiences, from front-line doers to senior executives.
• You have excellent analytical abilities (including intermediate+ Excel and intermediate+ SQL)
