Senior Associate Executive/Associate Executive, Finance

You will be part of the Finance Team in Singapore General Hospital. Your job roles will include but not be limited to the following:

Responsible for all aspects of donors’ gifts, including recording, banking, reporting and maintenance of donation transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance to policies and regulations.

Perform monthly closing and financial reconciliation, as well as supporting internal/external audit activities.

Perform data extraction, collation of information and prepare reports as required by operational needs.

Assist in the development of policies and procedures that strengthen fund and grant governance.

Provide strong admin support to Health Development Fund (HDF) Finance team.

Job Requirement

Diploma in Accountancy

Minimum six years of relevant experience

Experience in healthcare or an IPC / charity would be an advantage

Take initiatives and able to work in face pace environment

Good verbal and written communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
