Senior/ Assistant Manager (Patient Safety Partnership & Performance)

You will support the Patient Safety Partnership and Performance unit at the Office of Patient Safety (OPSQ), in advancing institutional collaborations, publication management, faculty development and governance processes through dashboards. You will focus on operational coordination, data tracking, documentation and execution of programmes to position SGH as a regional thought leader in patient safety. Your job duties include:

Job Duties
  • Assist in coordinating internal and external partnership activities, learning sessions and regional network engagements
  • Provide administrative and logistics support in forums/ workshops/ learning exchanges
  • Support publication tracking and coordinate with contributors in submissions
  • Maintain the faculty and appointment holder database
  • Track participation and progress of patient safety related training and conferences, prepare conference briefing materials and post-event documentation
  • Provide secretariat support in Patient Safety Council and OPSQ meetings
  • Provide support in data collection, documentation and logistics for improvement projects
  • Assist in coordinating OPSQ's events and communication initiatives
Requirements
  • Degree in Healthcare Administration/ Public Health/ Life Sciences or related disciplines with at least 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience in healthcare/ patient safety administration will be an advantage
  • Strong writing and documentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with experience in dashboards or data visualization preferred
  • Able to multi-task in a fast paced work environment
