What We Do

We lead end-to-end implementation of Value-based Healthcare (VBH) programmes including Value-Driven Care initiatives, Choosing Wisely projects, Patient Reported Outcome Measures (PROMs), and innovative value-based incentive models. Through data analytics and cross-institutional collaboration, we catalyse meaningful improvement in health outcomes across SingHealth Institutions.

Your Impact

As part of our dynamic team, you'll play a crucial role in developing and implementing VBH initiatives across SingHealth institutions. Working alongside managers, Institution Value Leads, and key stakeholders, you'll drive progress monitoring, generate actionable insights, and identify improvement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support data collection, analysis, and reporting to inform strategic decisions
  • Coordinate cross-institutional activities and foster collaboration
  • Build VBH capability through targeted communication and engagement efforts
  • Liaise with MOH to ensure alignment between SingHealth and national healthcare objectives
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and updates for diverse stakeholder groups
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
  • Relevant working experience would be preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Experience in the healthcare sector would be preferred and will be an added advantage
  • Knowledge and experience in data analytics, benchmarking and change management is required
  • Knowledge and skill in statistical tools and process improvement methodologies would be an advantage
  • A team player and a strong collaborator who is able to communicate effectively and manage change
  • Independent worker, possess initiative to complete tasks and projects assigned and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
