The Senior Asset & Project Closeout Manager will lead the Host Committee’s closeout process and take ownership of the asset post-event lifecycle. This role will build the asset register, manage the physical and administrative handover of goods, oversee storage, guide valuation, and coordinate recycling, donation, resale, or disposal. In addition, the position will manage knowledge transfer from all workstreams, ensure continuity for residual obligations, and deliver all required closeout reports to FIFA and Provincial authorities.
The work done here will form the official record of how the Host Committee closed out its responsibilities and will be relied on for years to come. This is a large, time-bound operational assignment that requires significant organization, ability to make decisions quickly, experienced with government processes, and working independently in a fast-moving environment.
