Qualifications

• 212+ years of relevant U.S. tax experience, ideally within a Big 4 firm.
• Extensive experience with U.S. partnership and corporate tax compliance.
• Prior exposure to international jurisdictions including FATCA and CRS.

Responsibilities

• Manage U.S. tax compliance for partnerships and corporations.
• Review and prepare U.S. tax returns and forms.
• Advise on fund formation, investment structuring, and exit planning.
