Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ of IT experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise application solutions' craftsmanship and scalability.
• Design and implement business requirements and rectify gaps.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve business expectations.
• Adhere to architecture standards and development best practices.
• Actively resolves defects and manages technical debt.
• Participates in agile sprint planning and retrospectives.

Skills

AS400 – RPG, CL, DB2, ILE and SQL

Knowledge of relational databases

NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and Aurora

Open Source Software frameworks

Version control systems

Test-driven development (TDD)

Experience with other development languages or scripts

Configuration/administration of application servers

Experience in a Distribution environment

Detail-oriented and fast learner
