WSP in Canada is seeking a Senior Archaeologist to lead assessments across Northern Ontario, partnering with Indigenous Nations and communities to protect heritage while supporting responsible development. As a Senior Archaeologist in Northern Ontario, you’ll play a meaningful role in shaping how northern communities grow, while respecting and protecting the histories, lands, and cultural landscapes that define them. As part of our Ontario Archaeology Team, you’ll lead archaeological assessments across Northern Ontario, providing trusted expertise to clients and multidisciplinary project teams.
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with Indigenous Nations and communities, support responsible resource and infrastructure development, and influence culturally informed planning across some of Ontario’s most unique and diverse regions. Your work will directly contribute to heritage stewardship, sustainable development, and long‑term community outcomes in Northern Ontario.

The final salary awarded for this role may vary based on education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, physical location, performance, and business needs. Salary ranges may be adjusted for business reasons.
