This hands-on role involves framing problems, building models, guiding system design, and mentoring other scientists while aligning with product and technical roadmaps across teams.

Qualifications

• PhD or Master’s with 6+ years of applied research experience.
• 3+ years building ML models for business applications.
• Strong programming skills in Java, C++, or Python.
• Experience with neural deep learning methods.

Responsibilities

• Define research agenda and roadmap for a workstream.
• Partner with engineering to productionize models within constraints.
• Design rigorous experiments to validate approaches and impact.
• Mentor other scientists and contribute to publications.
