Donna Cona Inc. is seeking multiple Senior Application / Software Architects for one of our key clients. The consultants are required to support PeopleSoft ERP Systems.

Qualifications

• Canadian Federal Government Reliability Security Clearance;
• Must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience (within the last seven years) developing technical architectures, frameworks and strategies, for a PeopleSoft ERP solution (HCM or Payroll as applicable) to meet the business and application requirements;
• Must have a minimum of ten (10) years of experience (within the last twelve years), working as an Application / Software Architect performing a minimum of four (4) of the six (6) tasks listed below
  • Developing technical architectures, frameworks and strategies, for an application area, to meet the business and application requirements;
  • Analyzing functional requirements to identify information, procedures and decision flows;
  • Analyzing and evaluating alternative software solutions to meet business problems;
  • Ensuring the integration of all aspects of software solutions;
  • Creating an application component roadmap – roadmap to align business vision and functional coverage to IT vision; and
  • Creating an application architecture framework
• Must have a minimum of one (1) year of experience performing the specific components or modules of the PeopleSoft HCM suite, in at least three (3) of the following:
  • Self Service
  • Manager Self Service
  • Administer Pay Interface
  • Manage Pay Interface
  • Manage Priorities
  • Recruiting Workforce Administration
  • Labour Administration
  • Absence Management
  • Workforce Development – Profile Management, Performance Management
  • Organization Development – Position Management, Enterprise Learning
  • Workforce Monitoring – Health and Safety
