Our Edmonton client is seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join their team and play a pivotal role in driving critical IT projects and business improvements on an initial 6‑month contract. This is an opportunity to make a tangible impact by translating complex business requirements into actionable strategies and innovative solutions for a leader in their industry.

Responsibilities
  • Facilitate workshops and interview stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate business needs.
  • Develop and document project vision, business cases, and detailed requirement specifications.
  • Analyze and define data and information requirements to guide technical and architectural teams.
  • Collaborate closely with business clients and IT teams throughout the application development lifecycle.
  • Create process models, specifications, and diagrams to clarify and validate business processes.
  • Review test strategies and plans to ensure business requirements are adequately covered.
  • Manage project issues and risks, providing regular status reports and project documentation.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements through various techniques.
  • At least 5 years of experience working on concurrent projects spanning multiple business units and technical environments.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in the full testing lifecycle, including test strategy, user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect management.
  • A minimum of 5 years of direct experience with Procurement, Supply Chain, and Order‑to‑Cash (OTC) processes.
  • At least 3 years of experience with an ERP implementation, preferably with SAP solutions.
