Qualifications

• CPA designation or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
• Experience leading finance transformation initiatives and process improvement programs.
• Experience supporting or leading ERP implementations, preferably SAP S/4HANA migrations or large-scale SAP transformations.

Responsibilities

• Leading end-to-end Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable cash application, employee expense reimbursement, and insurance policy and certificate processes.
• Owning the month-end close process for designated finance operations areas, ensuring timely balance sheet reconciliations and control reviews.
• Providing leadership and development to approximately five onshore professionals, overseeing offshore service delivery, and building a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Establishing performance metrics, service levels, and operational KPIs; using data to forecast workload and improve decisions.
• Driving continuous improvement through automation, standardization, and process optimization.
• Partnering with business leaders and other stakeholders to resolve complex operational issues.
• Ensuring compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, audit requirements, and regulatory obligations.
• Leading finance operations readiness, SAP implementation testing, and change management activities.
• Identifying and mitigating risks across finance processes and supporting audits.
