Senior Analyst – Security Operations
Permanent Position
Your Role
- Review security events to detect and prevent potential information security incidents
- Analyze threats and identify strategies to contain and prevent them
- Participate in the resolution and investigation of information security incidents
- Maintain and enhance incident management and detection tools (Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Defender)
- Maintain and enhance environment security tools and configurations (Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Purview)
Additional Responsibilities
- Serve as a key player and advocate in raising user awareness of risks and threats
- Collaborate on vulnerability management
- Participate in the change management process
- Collaborate on the implementation of information security policies and act as a change agent
- Monitor technological developments related to information security
Your Unique Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in information security OR a DEC with relevant experience
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in information security within a large corporate environment
- In‑depth knowledge of IT security (risk analysis, protective measures, vulnerability management, encryption, monitoring, etc.)
- Knowledge of Microsoft security tools (Sentinel, Defender, Intune, Purview), the KQL language, and PowerShell
- Knowledge of Cisco and Fortinet networking technologies
- Strong interest in task automation (PowerShell, Python, Power Platform) and the use of productivity tools (AI)
- Proficiency in reconstructing and analyzing data flows, as well as conducting technology monitoring
- A strong sense of curiosity and excellent problem‑solving skills
- Superior communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to maintain excellent interpersonal relationships
- Fluency in French and English
- Strong work ethic
- Self‑reliance
- Asset: specialized certification in information security (CEH, CISSP, SSCP, GIAC, or others)
