Fairstone Bank is seeking a Senior Analyst, Regulatory Relations to join the Enterprise Risk Management team. The role focuses on coordinating OSFI engagements, preparing regulatory materials, tracking supervisory commitments, and supporting governance to ensure timely, well-documented regulator interactions.

The Senior Analyst, Regulatory Relations supports effective coordination, analysis, and execution of the Bank's regulatory engagements, with a focus on supporting engagements with the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions (OSFI). The role focuses on preparing regulatory materials, coordinating responses, tracking supervisory commitments, and supporting internal governance to ensure timely, accurate, and well-controlled regulatory interactions.
This position plays a key role in maintaining discipline, supervisory readiness, and auditability across regulator-related activities. The role supports consistency with our regulator engagements, ensuring high quality and structured interactions with our regulators.
A key member of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team, this position may also support adhoc reporting duties, risk assessments and provide ERM workflow support as needed.
