The Co‑op Refinery Complex (CRC) is hiring a Senior Engineer / Analyst Refinery Performance on a permanent basis to work at our CRC office in Regina SK.

As a Senior Engineer / Analyst Refinery Performance you’ll play a pivotal role in driving data‑informed decisions that directly influence refinery strategy, leadership priorities and long‑term performance outcomes. This is your opportunity to collaborate with senior leaders, bring clarity to complex data and help align our teams around meaningful measurable results.
The Team: You will work closely with the Refinery Performance Improvement Manager, Superintendent Refinery Performance, the Refinery Leadership Team and various other stakeholders to support mid‑to‑long‑term planning and decision‑making related to operational performance management for CRC.
