As part of the New Customer Acquisition Team, the Senior Analyst, Performance Marketing (Demand Generation) supports in driving profitable growth across our digital acquisition channels. This role supports the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns—including Social, Display, and Programmatic to deliver strong business results across Amex’s Consumer and Commercial product portfolios. You’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams and work with external agencies and platform partners to execute campaigns that drive forward our agenda of creative excellence, data-driven optimization, and test-and-learn. This role is ideal for a digitally savvy marketer who is highly analytical, collaborative, and passionate about uncovering creative and disruptive insights that power growth. You’ll gain exposure to a dynamic acquisition marketing organization with significant growth opportunities, hands-on experience across key paid media channels with meaningful budget responsibility and a supportive environment focused on professional development, collaboration, and innovation.
