In this strategic and technical role, you’ll help shape the future of HR analytics, elevating how we use data to make organization-wide decisions that impact 5,000+ employees across the fleet and terminals.
This is your opportunity to be a key partner in advancing BC Ferries’ analytical capabilities, working at the intersection of People, workforce planning, and enterprise data strategy. You will design predictive models, build scalable data solutions, create influential dashboards, and serve as a technical advisor on how HR data is captured, structured, visualized, and leveraged. You will work closely with Workforce Planning & Optimization teams, People Experience (PX) Business Partners, and senior leadership—helping to ensure workforce decisions are informed, proactive, and aligned with our long-term strategic goals.

The target salary range: $105,200 – $131,500 per annum. The starting salary is determined based on the successful candidate’s knowledge, experience and internal equity.
