Senior Analyst, Operations and Stakeholder Engagement – Center for Inclusive Growth.

The Strategic Engagement Team supports the Center and Mastercard through its leadership on convening, content creation, and digital platforms. The Senior Analyst, Operations and Strategic Engagement, will play a key role supporting the team’s activities to ensure operational effectiveness and strategic execution. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment and enjoys working across teams to ensure smooth delivery of programs, events, and initiatives.
This position supports cross-team coordination and reporting processes, and operational and logistical support for high-impact engagements. The Senior Analyst will work closely with colleagues across the Center and Mastercard’s broader teams to ensure alignment and excellence and drive process improvement efforts that enhance the Center’s ability to deliver on its mission. This position will also spend time supporting the adoption and ongoing management of the Center’s Salesforce integration and leads management, working closely with the Center’s Operations colleagues to track, migrate, and manage contacts data.
