Agoda Company Pte. Ltd. in Bangkok seeks a data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to own and optimize marketing spend with large Meta Search Engine partners. You will independently manage accounts and drive ROI through strategic bidding, pricing, and technical implementations.

The role requires fluent English, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with SQL, Tableau, and Excel. You will collaborate with the Bidding and Pricing teams and communicate results to senior stakeholders.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Statistics/Math/Engineering or Economics and Finance.
• BD and/or account management experience in online marketing.
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in BI tools and data warehousing (SQL, Tableau, Excel).

Responsabilidades

• Own and manage marketing spend with large Meta Search Engine (MSE) partners.
• Independently manage your accounts.
• Manage the commercial relationship with MSE partners, including terms, bidding, pricing, and tech implementation.
• Coordinate with Bidding and Pricing teams to deliver ROI and revenue growth.
• Track performance KPIs and deliver data-driven insights to improve results.
• Communicate results and insights with stakeholders across levels.
• Ensure Agoda APIs and related tech are implemented by advertisers.
• Understand the booking funnel and conversion drivers between advertiser and Agoda.
• Build long-term relationships with advertisers to foster growth.

With Performance Marketing, MSE is a business development and marketing role within Agoda’s marketing department. It involves working with online vertical search advertisers (Meta Search Engines) to drive hotel booking sales.

In this role, you'll get to:

• Own and manage marketing spend with large Meta Search Engine (MSE) partners
• Independently manage your accounts
• Manage the commercial relationship with MSE partners, including commercial terms, bidding and pricing strategies, and technical implementation
• Decide in coordination with the Bidding and Pricing teams strategies that deliver expected ROIs and revenue growth
• Track detailed performance/KPIs and deliver regular data-driven actionable insights to improve results
• Succinctly communicate the results, ideas, and business statistics with different stakeholders
• Ensure the advertiser implements the right Agoda APIs and related technological innovations
• Be immersed and intimately familiar with the entire booking funnel including the user experience and conversion drivers between the advertiser and Agoda
• Build long term relationships with advertisers that foster new opportunities and continuous growth in return from advertising dollars

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Statistics/Math or Engineering or Economics and Finance
• Business development and/or account management track record with experience in online marketing
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Self-motivated person with “Get it done!” attitude
• Passionately analytical with strong ability to think logically and excellent problem-solving skills
• Proficient in business intelligence tools and data warehouse i.e. SQL, Tableau and MS Excel
• Ability to effectively communicate, influence and persuade with different levels of stakeholders (including Senior Management) with proven strong commercial acumen
• Ability to represent Agoda with experience in interacting with external senior level executives
• Strong analytical and statistical analysis skills to extract insights and recommendations
