Qualifications

Job description
Purpose

Reporting to the Senior Manager HRIS, this position is responsible for maintaining the integrity and reliability of Liberty’s HR information systems. This position operates as the interface between the business and IT function to resolve HRIS tickets through troubleshooting, issue identification, requirements gathering, solution development, configuration changes, and testing. The holder is responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of HR Hire to Retire processes within the SuccessFactors, Workforce Software Time and Attendance and Dayforce Payroll and Benefits System. The Position has responsibility for Integration to third party system, application security and access control. The role will also take ownership of assigned project deliverables and task and be accounted for their delivery under the guidance by the Senior Manager HRIS.

Accountabilities
  • Identify and translate business requirements into actionable work plans through to implementation
  • Responsible for supporting the Dayforce HCM, Benefits and Payroll systems, as well as related integrations.
  • Responsible for supporting the SuccessFactors HCM and integration into third party systems
  • Work to resolve HRIS Tickets through troubleshooting, issue identification, requirements gathering, solution development, testing, and change management.
  • Assist with configuration within Dayforce and SuccessFactors to support day to day operations.
  • Responsible to supporting WFS and working with AMS provider to triage tickets, testing proposed solution, and communicating with user / business partners / stakeholders
  • Monitoring interface between Employee Central and S4 Hana / WFS through CPI and Replication Manager
  • Work with WFS AMS consulting team during system development life cycle, participate in design, data mapping, data modeling, and program specification walk-throughs for new requirement / enhancements
  • Participate in all systems upgrade including reviewing changes, impact analysis and regression testing
  • Support Release Management in Dayforce and SuccessFactors
  • Work as part of the HRIS team on system configuration and testing related to new business acquisitions.
  • Support other Projects as assigned by Senior HRIS Manager
  • Serve as liaison between business subject matter experts and consulting resources responsible for development and configuration.
  • Communicate with business and manage expectations related to the overall goals of the HRIS Applications (WFS, SuccessFactors, Ceridian).
  • Ensure that all system architecture and Functional Requirement documents are kept up to date.
  • Provide user training and support our monthly communication session with HR Business Partners
  • Conduct and Research best practice from solution provider to ensure our HRIS applications continues to run optimally
Education and Experience
  • University - Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • 5 years of HRIS experience
  • Experience with Workforce Software Time & Attendance, SuccessFactors, Dayforce and SAP HCM.
  • Practical experience with HRIS database administration, including payroll systems.
  • Experience with HRIS full cycle HRIS Implementation and solid understanding of HR Data Structures / models and interrelationships
