About the role

We are seeking a Senior Growth and Optimization Senior Analyst with expertise in credit risk analytics and growth optimization. This role combines advanced data analysis, scenario modeling, and risk assessment to drive sustainable business growth. You will leverage credit scoring models and risk frameworks to optimize acquisition strategies, improve portfolio performance, and support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

Growth Strategy & Risk Analysis

  • Identifying growth initiatives using customer acquisition, credit score data, and approval strategies
  • Analyze customer acquisition, retention, and monetization trends with a focus on credit risk segmentation.

Modeling & Forecasting

  • Build Customer Lifetime Value, credit risk modeling
  • Build scenario models to evaluate growth strategies under varying risk conditions.
  • Conduct sensitivity analyses to assess portfolio impact and mitigate potential losses.

Optimization & Experimentation

  • Design and execute A/B tests and multivariate experiments to improve conversion and risk-adjusted returns.
  • Apply statistical and machine learning techniques to optimize credit decisioning and product performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Risk, Product, and Finance teams to align growth initiatives with credit policies and compliance requirements.
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, actionable manner.

Other Analytics Activities

  • Working with team members on other ad-hoc activities that come in.
What we’re looking for
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Finance, Engineering or related field.
  • 3+ years in growth analytics, credit risk, or financial services analytics.
  • Experience using credit scoring models and risk frameworks in decision-making.
  • Strong background in machine learning models, optimization techniques and scenario modeling.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
  • Familiarity with credit risk modeling, predictive analytics, and experimentation frameworks
  • Strategic thinker with strong business and risk acumen.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

What you can expect - pay & process
  • Expected base salary range is $70 000.00 - $95 000.00, plus the opportunity to earn an annual incentive bonus tied to performance.
