Overview
The Global Product Governance Team is responsible for designing and developing a streamlined Governance framework, approach, and operating model to support the needs of the Global Wealth and Asset Management (GWAM) business, partnering closely with all critical functions to achieve success.
Team Responsibilities
The team is responsible for
- Enhancing the design, oversight, and management of GWAM’s seed capital program
- Developing and harmonizing materials, implementation process, and global reporting frameworks, subject to any regulatory nuances and/or differences
- Delivering stakeholder centric experiences and work product
- Supporting and facilitating biweekly, monthly and quarterly meetings in support of Global Investment Product Committee and Seed Capital Committee
Reporting & Role
Reporting to the Director of Global Product Governance, this role is accountable for the timely and accurate production of reporting and harmonization of global reporting materials.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating agenda and materials for biweekly governance meetings and tracking outcomes and follow-up items
- Developing monthly forecasts of seed capital, reviewing submissions and assumptions and creating output to satisfy multiple stakeholders
- Quarterly performance and seed capital reporting on behalf of the global investment product team working within the product team to gather data and commentary
- Collaboration with the broader product team and with stakeholders to harmonize and automate the existing process & procedures, focusing on efficiency and scalability
- Governance of the process for reporting, including, capturing primary audience(s) of report, methodologies/rules for updating, consistency, data sourcing and controls, audit trails, and quality assurance
- Project management / proactive communication with impact and effectiveness; managing timelines with respect to key reporting deliverables, keeping stakeholders aligned with respect to both contributions and deliverables
- In addition, this role and the team will provide project management as it relates to global strategic initiatives, analysis to support product related / strategic initiatives and Management Information and Reporting

Qualifications
- Strong understanding of investment products, including familiarity with various asset/fund types: equity, fixed income, property, cash and multi-asset and private markets
- Knowledge of regulatory environment of the above-mentioned product structures
- Strong reporting experience in asset management
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong analytical skills with proven ability to contribute to product related (mutual fund, UCITS, CIT, etc.) research
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to deal with various internal and external parties
- Able to adapt to fast changing environment, organized and detailed-oriented.
- Operate inclusively with teams and across cultures
- University graduate degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 8-years of working experience in Asset Management/Investment Fund industry, experience in product management would be advantageous
- Growth-mindset
- Strong Excel skills and proficiency in other investment industry standard data sources, such as Morningstar Direct and eVestment
