Senior Analyst – Financial and Institutional Reporting
(12-month contract)

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements and fund publications (mutual and segregated funds).

  • Validate the accuracy of key financial documents (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow, equity).

  • Identify and analyze financial variances to mitigate risks.

  • Ensure regulatory compliance in accordance with IFRS standards and industry requirements.

  • Implement and monitor internal controls related to financial and regulatory reporting.

  • Collaborate on data governance to ensure accuracy and integrity.

  • Assess institutional client needs and optimize reporting processes and tools.

  • Develop models and visualization solutions (Power BI, Workiva) tailored to client requirements.

Profile
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial analysis, report production, or accounting within financial services.

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.

  • CPA designation (an asset).

  • Strong knowledge of IFRS standards and BI tools (Excel, Power BI, Workiva).

  • Familiarity with databases and data management systems (an asset).

  • Advanced level of English, both spoken and written, due to daily tasks performed in this language. These tasks include oral communication via videoconference to lead meetings and deliver presentations, as well as writing emails to English-speaking partners and vendors.
