What- the Role :

The Senior Analyst, Consolidation & Systems plays a key role in managing the global financial close and consolidation process under IFRS. This position ensures the accuracy and integrity of consolidated financial information and compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.

While familiarity with OneStream is an advantage, the focus of this position is on core accounting and consolidation responsibilities.

  • Lead the monthly and quarterly financial close and consolidation process, including the preparation of parent-level, IFRS, and cash flow consolidation entries.
  • Prepare the consolidated statement of cash flows and supporting schedules.
  • Review data submissions and intercompany reconciliations from multiple sites to ensure accuracy and completeness; work with local teams to resolve discrepancies.
  • Support the global finance function in the execution of complex accounting transactions such as reorganizations, wind‑ups, and new IFRS implementations.
  • Ensure operational accounting teams comply with OneStream reporting requirements and data standards.
  • Collaborate with Tax and Treasury departments on reorganizations and ad‑hoc accounting inquiries.
  • Assist in driving process enhancements, standardization, and system optimization initiatives from an accounting perspective.
Who- the Candidate :
  • CPA designation required.
  • 5–7 years of post‑designation experience in financial close, consolidation, and external reporting, ideally within a large publicly traded organization.
  • Strong understanding of IFRS, consolidation accounting, and intercompany eliminations.
  • Experience with consolidation software such as OneStream considered an asset.
  • Solid knowledge of SOX compliance and internal control requirements for financial reporting.
  • Experience with complex accounting issues, including foreign currency translation, legal entity reorganizations, and IFRS adoption.
  • Proven track record of identifying and implementing process improvements within finance functions.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills; detail‑oriented and able to work effectively under tight deadlines.
How Much :

$105,000-$130,000 commensurate with experience + annual performance bonus, profit share plan, health + personal spending account, extended health, paid sick leave, vacation, holidays and many additional perks!

Where :

Vancouver, Hybrid work model of 3 days’ onsite.
