A leading financial services firm is seeking an experienced AML Analyst Lead to oversee a team in downtown Toronto. Responsibilities include conducting due diligence on customers flagged for potential adverse media, leading the assessment of findings, and collaborating with internal teams for investigations. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in AML, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities. This hybrid role requires office presence four days a week.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years experience as an AML Lead or Manager.
• 3-6+ years AML experience, particularly with PEPs, MSBs, and/or Negative Media.
• Familiarity with regulatory expectations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct due diligence on customers with potential adverse media.
• Lead a team of 5 analysts for risk assessment and mitigation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for further investigation.
