Qualifications

• Senior Project Manager with proven track record delivering complex enterprise technology projects.
• Experience in airline industry, delivering software implementations or system integrations.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, risks, and competing priorities.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management, including senior leadership.
• Hybrid work arrangement in Calgary, Alberta.

Responsibilities

• Own project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and delivery milestones.
• Lead airline software implementations, system integrations, and transformation initiatives.
• Serve as the primary project contact for customers and stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across product, engineering, implementation, testing, and support.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and scope changes; escalate when needed.
• Maintain clear project plans, status reports, financial forecasts, and executive updates.
• Oversee testing readiness, UAT, deployment planning, and transition to ongoing support.
• Drive stakeholder alignment and resolve delivery challenges.
• Capture lessons learned to improve project delivery practices.
