Job summary

A leading aerospace company in Dorval is looking for a Professional Senior in Engineering, In-Service. The role requires at least 8-10 years of experience in engineering related to aircraft structures and mechanical systems. The successful candidate will respond to aircraft on ground incidents, produce engineering solutions, and support customers and maintenance facilities. A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience is required, along with skills in CATIA V5 and MS Office.

Qualifications

  • At least 8-10 years of experience in engineering aircraft structures and mechanical systems.
  • Knowledge of metallic and composite structures is an asset.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to AOGs (Aircraft on ground) and customer engineering requests.
  • Produce engineering solutions for repair procedures and drawing deviations.
  • Provide technical support to customers and maintenance facilities.
  • Organize investigations into service issues and provide solutions.
  • Liaise with departments, service centers, vendors, and suppliers.
