Senior AI Solutions Advisor role in Calgary to lead enterprise AI enablement using GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, and Azure AI Foundry. Responsibilities include guiding AI strategy, governance, adoption, and solution enablement while engaging with executive stakeholders and delivery teams in a large-scale transformation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years delivering AI, automation, digital transformation, advanced analytics, or emerging tech initiatives.
• Advising organizations on Generative AI strategy, adoption, and implementation.
• Hands-on delivery using GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, and Azure AI Foundry.
• Strong expertise in LLMs, Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, Agentic AI, and Multi-Agent Systems.
• Experience supporting AI solution lifecycles from ideation through production deployment in Agile environments.

Our Power & Utilities client is seeking a Senior AI Solutions Advisor to lead enterprise AI enablement initiatives using GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, and Azure AI Foundry

Join a large-scale enterprise AI transformation initiative within the Power & Utilities sector focused on accelerating Generative AI adoption across the organization. This role partners with business leaders, AI engineers, software developers, and product teams to identify, design, and operationalize scalable AI solutions using GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, Anthropic Claude, Azure OpenAI, and Azure AI Foundry. The position supports AI strategy, governance, adoption, and solution enablement across enterprise environments. The opportunity offers visibility across both executive stakeholders and technical delivery teams.

Must Haves

• 10+ years delivering AI, automation, digital transformation, advanced analytics, or emerging technology initiatives
• Advising organizations on Generative AI strategy, adoption, and implementation
• Hands-on delivery using GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, and Azure AI Foundry
• Strong expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Agentic AI, and Multi-Agent Systems
• Experience supporting AI solution lifecycles from ideation through production deployment within Agile and product delivery environments

Nice to Have

• Enterprise deployment experience with Microsoft Copilot
