Workleap Inc. is a Montreal-based tech company seeking a Senior AI Developer to design, build, and operate AI systems connecting foundation models to data, tools, and applications.

You will set technical direction and scale agentic workflows across product and internal platforms. You will join the Shared Tech - Data team, collaborating with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and Software Engineers to deliver reliable AI capabilities with a focus on observability, security, and cost efficiency.

Qualifikationen

• Strong production engineering in Python and SQL with testing and CI/CD.
• Experience building AI applications with foundation models, agents, tools, and context.
• Instrumenting and evaluating non-deterministic systems (observability, evals, regression testing).
• Architectural judgment across reliability, security, and cost.

• Own production quality: observability, testing, security, cost control.
• Turn evaluation evidence into engineering improvements and decisions.
