Job summary

Tecsys is seeking a Senior AI/ML Developer to design, build, and deploy production-ready AI solutions that boost warehouse, transportation, and supply chain operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn business problems into scalable AI products using predictive analytics, LLMs, RAG, agentic AI, and optimization techniques.

You will design and deploy production AI/ML solutions with Python, build LLM/RAG/multi-agent applications, and create APIs with FastAPI, while

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of hands-on AI/ML development experience using Python.
• Experience building production AI solutions, including predictive, prescriptive, and generative AI.
• Strong experience with Python, NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch.
• Experience with LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and agentic AI.
• Familiarity with FastAPI (or similar).
• Knowledge of vector databases (PostgreSQL/pgvector preferred).
• MLOps, model monitoring, and evaluation.
• Docker and API-based deployments.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy production AI/ML solutions using Python.
• Develop LLM, RAG, and multi-agent AI applications.
• Build APIs and AI services using FastAPI (or similar).
• Implement MLOps best practices, including model evaluation, monitoring, and deployment.
• Develop scalable AI pipelines using vector databases and modern retrieval techniques.
• Apply Operations Research and optimization to solve supply chain problems.
• Partner with engineering and product teams to deliver reliable AI capabilities.
