Qualifications

• 11+ years in IT/software engineering/data science with AI/ML work and 3–5 years focusing on AI/ML engineering or architecture.
• Advanced Python skills and experience with AI/ML libraries, generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and vector databases.
• Experience architecting AI solutions for production; familiarity with cloud AI services and MLOps tools is desirable.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience and specialized certification.
