Qualifications

• Foster the adoption of Agile principles and skills across teams and departments, aligning delivery practices with enterprise strategy.
• Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Agile teams to deepen Agile maturity and cultivate high‑performing, self‑organizing teams.
• Educate and coach teams and leaders on the uptake and adoption of Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) tailored to organizational needs.
• Manage and facilitate Agile ceremonies, workshops, and other key events.
• Identify and remove systemic impediments to Agile delivery; influence leadership to support change.
• Develop and manage Agile growth and maturity backlogs, implementation plans, and success metrics.
• Deliver training to build Agile capability across the organization.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and collaboration.

Required Experience

• 8–10 years of experience in Agile environments, including enterprise-level coaching and training.
• Proven experience with the Scrum and Kanban Agile frameworks.
• Must have experience coaching experienced Agile teams—not teams new to Agile.
• Candidates must show experience helping long‑established Agile teams refine practices, deepen Agile principles, and advance maturity.
• Experience demonstrating servant leadership and guiding experienced teams through continuous improvement cycles.

Required Skills

• Deep expertise in Agile principles, frameworks, and product-centric delivery models.
• Strong facilitation, mentoring, and communication skills across all organizational levels.
• Ability to influence change, cross-functional collaboration, resolve complex impediments, and drive strategic alignment.
• Experience with Agile metrics.
• Supplemental training on Agile delivery and/or coaching would be considered an asset.
• Advanced facilitation skills for leading Agile ceremonies, design‑thinking workshops, and problem-solving sessions with experienced Agile teams.
• Ability to measure Agile maturity improvements and articulate how coaching actions improved team value delivery.
