Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in Agile environments, including enterprise-level coaching and training.
• Proven experience with the Scrum and Kanban Agile frameworks.
• Experience demonstrating servant leadership and guiding experienced teams through continuous improvement cycles.

Responsibilities

• Foster the adoption of Agile principles and skills across teams and departments.
• Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Agile teams to deepen Agile maturity.
• Deliver training to build Agile capability across the organization.
