What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Establish and uphold Scrum fundamentals across teams, ensuring clear roles and defined goals
- Facilitate key Scrum events at scale, driving focus and outcomes for the team

- Promote transparency and visibility of work, flow, and risks using Azure DevOps
- Remove impediments quickly by collaborating with various internal teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7+ years of experience applying Scrum in complex, enterprise environments with multiple interdependent teams
- Proven success in implementing Scrum practices that enhance planning reliability and increment quality
- Proficiency with Azure DevOps for backlog management and reporting
- Strong facilitation and conflict‑resolution skills to align diverse stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills with a pragmatic, outcome‑oriented approach
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in a legal or compliance‑focused environment
- Previous involvement in large‑scale Agile transformations
- Familiarity with additional Agile methodologies beyond Scrum
